The top-floor room was spacious and super quiet. Margaret was a fantastic host, offering local tips and even left snacks and drinks for us. Plus, the tram and bus were just a short walk away-perfect for getting around 🥃

Everything was excellent, really great service, perfect location near to supermarket and Edinburgh's most famous sites. Liked our wonderful breakfast with the most amazing panoramic view, croissants plus proper coffee.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom looked newly renovated. The weak Wi-Fi signal made it a bit inconvenient.

Our stay was quite enjoyable! The triple room had a comfy double bed and a nice bathroom that felt recently renovated. We loved the location—it was just a short bus ride to Edinburgh Castle and only a quick walk to Princess Street. Though the parking situation was a bit tricky since it was only free at certain times, we managed to find a good spot nearby. a lovely place that added charm to our visit to the city!

The hosts provide really good care and support, and the room was beautifully decorated with personal touches like a wee dram and chocolates for arrival.
